Sifting flour again on יום טוב, asking regular sellers for food on יום טוב, and the start of a new chapter on carrying in an unusual way

Overview

The amud opens by finishing an earlier point: שמואל spoke to teach the practical הלכה. A ברייתא then records a מחלוקת about sifting flour a second time on יום טוב. Everyone agrees that sifting is allowed if a pebble or wood chip fell in. רבינא rejects a version that allows picking the pebble out by hand, because that looks like בורר. רבא בר רב הונא זוטי publicly permits a second sifting, and רב נחמן replies that the teaching was unnecessary, since everyone in נהרדעא already did it. Two stories follow about the wives of רב יוסף and רב אשי sifting in unusual ways. A new משנה and ברייתא then allow asking a regular seller on יום טוב for items by number or for single items, as long as no measure or price is mentioned. The chapter אין צדין ends, and a new chapter opens with how to carry wine jugs and straw on יום טוב. That ruling continues on the next amud.
