Overview

The גמרא finishes a ראיה that a נדר can last after the owner dies. It then pushes the ראיה away, because in that case the father said "בחייו ובמותו" outright. Next it redefines the מחלוקת: with "נכסים אלו" everyone agrees the איסור stays, and the argument is only about "נכסי". A משנה that tells "your house" apart from "this house" challenges רב ושמואל. The גמרא concludes that the two pairs of אמוראים never argued. רב ושמואל spoke about "נכסים אלו", and רבי יוחנן וריש לקיש spoke about "נכסי". The גמרא then asks why a מודר הנאה may not enter his friend's field in שביעית, when the land is open to all. עולא answers that the trees stand on the border, and רבי שמעון בן אליקים answers that it is a גזירה in case he lingers. Finally, a new משנה forbids lending, borrowing, selling and buying between two people bound by a נדר of הנאה.
