Whether הוצאה includes bringing in, and whether the list of נגעים shades fits רבי עקיבא

Overview

The גמרא first shows that a תנא can use the word הוצאה, 'carrying out,' even for bringing an item into a private domain. It proves this from the משנה 'המוציא מרשות לרשות חייב,' whose general wording covers both directions. It then explains why: any removal of an item from its place counts as הוצאה. רבינא adds support from the opening משנה of שבת, which calls all the cases יציאות but then lists cases of bringing in. רבא rejects that proof, because he reads that משנה as counting the two domains of שבת. The גמרא then turns to the next line of our משנה, the shades of נגעים, and quotes the משנה in נגעים listing four shades of white. רבי חנינא says that list does not follow רבי עקיבא, because under רבי עקיבא's ranking the lime shade could not combine with any other shade. The amud ends with a challenge: the egg membrane shade has the same problem, so why didn't רבי חנינא mention it too?
