The end of the רחב story, offerings brought by גוים outside the מקדש, דוד's purchase of the altar site, and the camps of the wilderness, ירושלים and שילה.
Overview
The amud opens by finishing the אגדה about רחב הזונה: how she knew the fear of the Canaanite leaders, her age, and her conversion at fifty. The גמרא then learns from 'דבר אל בני ישראל' that the ban on שחוטי חוץ applies only to Jews, so a גוי may offer on his own במה even today. רב אסי says a Jew may not help or act as the גוי's messenger, and רבה says a Jew may still teach him how. The story of רבא and the offering of איפרא הורמיז shows this in practice. אביי asks why רבא required new wood. That question leads to the ברייתא about the 50 and 600 shekels דוד paid ארונה, and to the meaning of the word מוריגים. Next the גמרא explains the משנה that קדשים קלים were eaten throughout the מחנה ישראל in the wilderness: the camp kept its status even while traveling. Finally, רבי שמעון בן יוחאי teaches that שילה had only two camps, and רבה begins proving which camp was missing. That proof continues on the next amud.
