Wine that sours after a sale, and the ברכה on drinks made from wine dregs

Overview

This amud first finishes the argument between רב and שמואל about wine that sours right after it is sold. שמואל says the buyer's carrying shook the wine, so the loss is his. רב יוסף ruled like רב for beer and like שמואל for wine, and the הלכה follows שמואל. Then a ברייתא teaches that date beer, barley beer, and a drink made from wine dregs all get שהכל. אחרים say dregs that still taste like wine get בורא פרי הגפן, but רבה and רב יוסף rule against them. רבא explains with measurements. If three measures of water go in and four come out, everyone agrees it is wine. If three go in and three come out, everyone agrees it is not. They argue when three and a half come out, depending on how much water stays in the dregs. At the end, the גמרא challenges whether anyone would argue when more comes out than went in, and starts to quote a משנה that continues on the next amud.
