מעילה after an item's מצוה is done, the wine of the נסכים in the pipes, and items that are forbidden but carry no מעילה
Overview
The גמרא is working with the rule that once an item's מצוה is done, מעילה no longer applies to it. It challenges this rule with תרומת הדשן, which still carries מעילה after its מצוה. The answer is that two cases sharing an unusual law (שני כתובין הבאין כאחד) do not teach a general rule. The גמרא pairs תרומת הדשן first with the scapegoat's limbs, then with the בגדי כהונה, then with עגלה ערופה, so the answer works for each opinion. For the view that two such cases do teach, it points to an exclusion word in each פסוק. Next, the גמרא asks whether the משנה about נסכים fits רבי אלעזר בר רבי צדוק, who says the hardened wine in the pipes is burned בקדושה. Two versions are given, and in the second, the burning is only מדרבנן and the פסוק is an אסמכתא. Finally, a new משנה lists items that may not be used but carry no מעילה, and the גמרא begins its question on it, which continues on the next amud.
