Breaking the מנחה into pieces (פתיתה), and the ברכה on small pieces of bread

Overview

The amud opens with רבה finishing the earlier discussion. He says the מנחת מאפה is the offering that needs two exclusions. A new משנה then teaches how a מנחה is folded and broken. For a regular person's מנחה, the כהן folds it into four and separates the pieces. For the מנחת כהנים, he folds it but does not separate the pieces. For the מנחת כהן משיח, he does not fold it at all. רבי שמעון says the כהן offerings are not broken at all, because no קמיצה is taken from them. Every broken offering is broken into olive-sized pieces. A ברייתא learns these rules from the פסוק, and רבה answers that the כהן משיח's offering is folded into two but not into four. רב יוסף uses the olive-sized pieces to rule that bread pieces of a כזית get המוציא and smaller pieces get מזונות. אביי challenges him and the גמרא goes back and forth over this. The final ruling is רב ששת's: even crumbs smaller than a כזית get המוציא. רבא adds that this is only when the crumbs still look like bread.

אֵיזֶהוּ דָּבָר שֶׁצָּרִיךְ שְׁנֵי מִיעוּטִין?

What is the item that needs two exclusions?

הֱוֵי אוֹמֵר זוֹ מִנְחַת מַאֲפֶה.

You must say: this is the oven-baked meal offering.
