The amounts of oil in the משנה: half a לוג for the תודה, one לוג per מנחה or per עשרון, the נסכים measured in הין and לוג, and half a לוג per lamp of the מנורה.
Overview
The amud opens by finishing an earlier point: even the mouths of the מנורה's lamps must be made of pure gold. The גמרא then works through the oil amounts listed in the משנה. For the תודה, רבי עקיבא learns half a לוג from the double ״בַּשֶּׁמֶן״, read as a ריבוי אחר ריבוי that comes to limit. Half of that oil goes to the רביכה. רבי אלעזר בן עזריה says the half לוג is instead a הלכה למשה מסיני. Next, the חכמים hold that each עשרון of flour needs one לוג of oil, while רבי נחמיה and רבי אליעזר בן יעקב say every מנחה gets only one לוג. Each side explains how it uses the other side's words in the poor מצורע's פסוק. The גמרא then gives the sources for the נסכים amounts, using the fact that a הין is twelve לוגין, and for the half לוג per lamp of the מנורה, which the חכמים measured to last all night. The amud ends with the start of a new משנה about which נסכים may be mixed together.
Opening lines
וְלֶיעְבֵּד זָהָב כֹּל דְּהוּ,
and let it be made from gold of any quality,
קָא מַשְׁמַע לַן.
so it teaches us otherwise.
חֲצִי לוֹג שֶׁמֶן לְתוֹדָה.
A half-log of oil for the thanks offering.

The steps (29)
- ResolutionWhy the teaching about pure gold is needed
- StatementThe משנה: half a לוג of oil for the thanks offering
- Statementרבי עקיבא learns half a לוג from the double ״בשמן״
- ChallengeChallenge: there is only one amplification here
- ResolutionRewording רבי עקיבא so both ״בַּשֶּׁמֶן״ are amplifications
- QuestionShould the half לוג be split equally among the three kinds of loaves?
- ResponseThe רביכה gets half the oil
- Rejectionרבי אלעזר בן עזריה: it is a הלכה למשה מסיני, not from the פסוק
- StatementNext line of the משנה: measuring with a לוג
- StatementThe Sages: every tenth of flour needs one לוג of oil
- StatementEven a huge מנחה gets only one לוג
- QuestionHow does רבי נחמיה explain the words 'a tenth … and a לוג'?
- ResponseThe words teach that the poor מצורע brings one עשרון
- ResolutionThe Sages: the one עשרון is already obvious
- ResolutionWhy רבי נחמיה still needs the plain meaning
- ResolutionThe חכמים: the Torah never fully exempts a poor person
- QuestionWhat do the חכמים do with 'למנחה ולג שמן'?
- ResponseA donated מנחה must be at least an עשרון
- Responseרבי נחמיה learns both lessons from the same words
- QuestionWhere do six, four, and three לוגין come from?
- ResponseThe פסוק: half, a third, and a quarter of a הין
- StatementA הין is twelve לוגין
- QuestionWhere do we learn half a log of oil for each lamp?
- ResponseThe oil must last from evening until morning
- StatementA second lesson from 'from evening to morning'
- ConclusionThe חכמים measured half a log for the whole night
- StatementTwo opinions on how the חכמים did the measuring
