The order of the opening משנה, and the תורה source for ידות of נדרים and נזירות

Overview

The amud opens by finishing the question of why the first משנה mentions כינויים first but explains ידות first. One answer is that a משנה has no fixed order. Another is that ידות come from a דרשה, so they are dear and get explained first. After some back-and-forth about whether כינויים are from the תורה, the גמרא settles it by reading missing words into the משנה, so that ידות are mentioned first and also explained first. The גמרא then asks where ידות come from. A ברייתא learns from the doubled words נזיר להזיר that ידות of נזירות count. A היקש in the same פסוק then carries this to נדרים, and it also gives נזירות the laws of בל יחל, בל תאחר, and הפרה. The גמרא asks why the היקש is needed when נדרים have their own doubled words, לנדור נדר, and answers that this phrase is just ordinary speech. For the opinion that every doubled phrase teaches something, לנדור נדר teaches ידות of נדרים, and the גמרא begins to explain what נזיר להזיר teaches. That explanation continues on the next עמוד.
