Sources for ידות and for נזירות taking effect on נזירות, and how בל יחל and בל תאחר apply to a נזיר.
Overview
The amud opens by finishing an earlier derivation. For the view that the Torah does not speak in everyday human language, the phrase 'נזיר להזיר' teaches that one נזירות can take effect on top of another. The גמרא then asks about the opposite view (דברה תורה כלשון בני אדם), which already uses 'נזיר להזיר' to teach ידות. The answer is that the unusual word 'להזיר', instead of the simpler 'ליזור', teaches both laws. The scholars of ארץ ישראל add that one תנא learns ידות from 'לנדר נדר' and another learns it from 'ככל היצא מפיו יעשה'. Next, the גמרא examines the ברייתא's claim that נזירות, like נדרים, carries בל יחל and בל תאחר. רבא explains that בל יחל adds a second prohibition when a נזיר eats or drinks. For בל תאחר, the case 'when I wish' is rejected. רבא then gives the case of 'I will not leave the world until I become a נזיר', which takes effect immediately, just like a גט given 'one hour before my death.'
