A נדר against meat or wine: are gravy, sediments, and cooked dishes that carry their flavor also forbidden?

Overview

This amud finishes a משנה about someone who vowed off meat. The תנא קמא says he may still eat the gravy and the sediments, but רבי יהודה forbids them. רבי יהודה backs himself up with a story where רבי טרפון forbade even eggs that were cooked with the meat. The חכמים agree the story happened, but they say it was about a vow on one specific piece of meat ('this meat'). When a specific forbidden item gets mixed into other food and its taste can be felt (נותן טעם), the mixture is forbidden. A general vow on 'meat' covers only the meat itself. The משנה then applies the same rule to wine. A general vow against wine allows a dish that tastes of wine, but a vow on 'this wine' forbids a dish it fell into if its taste comes through.
