Permitted טומאה, the הואיל challenge about other offerings slaughtered as a פסח, רבי שמלאי and ספר יוחסין, and intent about the people who will eat the פסח.
Overview
This amud opens by finishing a discussion of which kind of טומאה a ברייתא called 'permitted from its general rule.' The גמרא gives two answers. The first is that it means impure people, which is allowed when the ציבור is impure. The second is that it means impure meat, which is allowed in the case of a פסח brought in טומאה. Next, רב הונא בריה דרב יהושע uses a ברייתא about a פסח שעברה שנתו to challenge strict הואיל reasoning. רב פפא answers from the verse 'זבח פסח הוא': the two rules about a פסח and other offerings are tied together. The גמרא then tells how רבי שמלאי asked רבי יוחנן to teach him ספר יוחסין. רבי יוחנן was reluctant, but he answered רבי שמלאי's question about why mixed לשמו ושלא לשמו intent disqualifies a פסח while mixed לאוכליו ושלא לאוכליו intent does not. He gives four differences, and רב אשי shows that two of them are really one. After some praise of the lost ספר יוחסין, the amud ends with אחרים's ruling on intent for מולים and ערלים, along with a challenge that is answered on the next amud.
