Liability for doing קרבן rites outside the עזרה: where it is learned from, how the חטאות are counted, where 'outside' begins, and whether it applies today.
Overview
The amud opens by finishing a discussion about which קרבן rites make a person liable when done outside the בית המקדש. The גמרא shows that you cannot learn this liability from what two rites share (צד השוה), because the תורה wrote a separate פסוק for זריקה. רבי אבהו then counts how many חטאות a person brings for doing several rites outside, according to רבי ישמעאל and רבי עקיבא. אביי disagrees, saying the פסוק ״שָׁם תַּעֲלֶה... שָׁם תַּעֲשֶׂה״ sets the count for everyone. A ברייתא uses the words 'in the camp' and 'outside the camp' to mark the exact line: slaughtering outside the עזרה is punished, while slaughtering in the wrong spot inside it, like an עולה in the south, is not. עולא and רבא then argue about slaughtering on the roof of the היכל. Next, רבי יוחנן and ריש לקיש argue whether offering outside is punished today, which depends on whether the first holiness of the מקדש lasts forever. They argue again about whether a bone attached to the meat counts toward a כזית. The amud ends as רבא begins a new question that continues on the next amud.

אִם כֵּן, לֹא יֵאָמֵר בִּזְרִיקָה,
If so, let it not be stated regarding sprinkling,
וְתֵיתֵי מִבֵּינַיָּיא!
and let it be derived from between them!
וְתֵיתֵי מִשְּׁחִיטָה –
And if you derive it from slaughtering –
