Three מחלוקות of רבי יוחנן and ריש לקיש about a מנחה: mixing outside the עזרה, a shortage before קמיצה, and shrunken שירים
Overview
The amud opens by finishing a question on רבי יוחנן's rule that the less holy place cannot be stricter than the holier one. The גמרא asks why a פסוק is needed to allow eating קדשי קדשים in the היכל. It answers that serving in your master's place is respectful, but eating there is not, so eating needs an explicit פסוק. Next, רבי יוחנן and ריש לקיש argue about a מנחה whose oil was mixed in outside the עזרה. ריש לקיש says that since no כהן is needed for mixing, being inside is not needed either. רבי יוחנן says that because it is made in a holy כלי, it must be done inside, and a ברייתא supports him. Then they argue about a מנחה that became short before קמיצה, and ריש לקיש is refuted from the oil of a מצורע. Finally they argue about שירים that shrank before the קומץ was burned. Both agree according to רבי אליעזר. רבי יוחנן reads רבי יהושע as strict only when nothing at all is left, and he proves this from a ברייתא about זבחים.
Opening lines
"In the most holy place you shall eat it."
But why do I need this verse?
Let him say: "In the courtyard of the Tent of Meeting they shall eat it,"
and the minor should not be more stringent

- Statementרבי יוחנן's reason: it is made in a holy vessel
- StatementNew dispute: a meal offering that became short before the handful
- StatementThe reasons: the handful fixes it, or the holy vessel fixes it
- Challengeרבי יוחנן refutes ריש לקיש from the oil of a מצורע
- StatementNew argument: the leftover shrank between קמיצה and burning
- StatementThe argument is only according to רבי יהושע
- ProofThe משנה where רבי אליעזר and רבי יהושע argue
- ProofIf a כזית of a זבח is left, the blood is still sprinkled
- ProofAn עולה counts even with two halves, but a מנחה does not count
