Why disqualified קדשים are burned, the timing of burning (עיבור צורה) for פיגול, and when owners became טמא before or after זריקה

Overview

The גמרא asks for the source that a disqualified קרבן, such as one whose blood spilled or left the courtyard, must be burned. It first tries רבי שמעון's reading of 'בקדש באש תשרף', but that does not cover the meat of קדשים קלים like the פסח. So it concludes that burning anything disqualified in the קודש is a received tradition (גמרא גמירי לה), and the פסוק only teaches that the burning happens in the holy place. In a side discussion, the תנא דבי רבה בר אבוה learns from נותר that even פיגול must wait for עיבור צורה, and explains that אהרן's חטאת was a הוראת שעה. A second פסוק, about טמא meat, is needed to teach that even טומאה, which also applies to חולין, requires burning and not burial. The גמרא then returns to the משנה about owners who became טמא or died. רב יוסף's version of the dispute is challenged by a ברייתא and reversed: the מחלוקת is before זריקה, and after זריקה all agree עיבור צורה is needed. רבי יוחנן holds the מחלוקת applies even after זריקה, and supports this from רבי נחמיה, who says אהרן's חטאת was burned immediately because of אנינות.

Opening lines

נִשְׁפַּךְ דָּמָהּ,

its blood was spilled,

יָצָא דָּמָהּ חוּץ לַקְּלָעִים —

its blood went out beyond the curtains —

דְּקַיְימָא לַן בִּשְׂרֵיפָה,

which we hold must be burned,

מְנָלַן?

from where do we know this?
