Whether liquid that seeps out of fruit without the owner wanting it still counts as a 'liquid' (משקה), and whether the רבנן agree with רבי יהודה about fruits other than olives and grapes
Overview
This amud opens in the middle of a quoted משנה in which רבי עקיבא and the חכמים argue about animal milk that comes out without the owner wanting it. The חכמים say an animal's fluids are more lenient, since its wound-blood is טהור. רבי עקיבא answers that milk is stricter than blood. The חכמים then bring baskets of olives and grapes as proof that liquid coming out unwanted does not count. The גמרא tries to use that rule in a קל וחומר: unwanted juice from mulberries and pomegranates should surely not count either. It rejects the proof in two ways. Either 'unwillingly' means the owner openly objected, or the baskets are a special case because the dripping liquid is given up from the start. Finally, the גמרא asks for a source that the רבנן agree with רבי יהודה about other fruits, and it begins quoting a ברייתא that continues on the next amud.
Opening lines
שֶׁלֹּא לְרָצוֹן,
[that came out] unwillingly,
שֶׁדַּם מַגֵּפָתָהּ טָהוֹר?!
when the blood of its wound is pure?!
אָמַר לָהֶן: מַחְמִיר אֲנִי בֶּחָלָב מִבַּדָּם,
He [Rabbi Akiva] said to them: I am stricter with milk than with blood,
שֶׁהַחוֹלֵב לִרְפוּאָה — טָמֵא,
for one who milks for medical purposes, [the milk] is impure [it counts as a liquid],
