Redeeming dead קדשים and the rules of העמדה והערכה according to רבי שמעון, the רבנן, רבי יוחנן and ריש לקיש, followed by a new משנה listing items that are buried and items that are burned.
Overview
The גמרא tries to prove from a ברייתא that we may redeem קדשים just to feed them to dogs. The proof is rejected because the animals in that ברייתא were slaughtered, so their meat is fit for people. רבי זירא then explains why, according to רבי שמעון, unblemished בדק הבית animals are buried: they are fit for the מזבח, and anything fit for the מזבח never leaves it. Next, רב פפא (or רבא) challenges רבי יוחנן's claim that everyone agrees a בעל מום מעיקרו is not included in העמדה והערכה. The challenge comes from רב's comment on a משנה in בכורות. אביי answers that the 'חכמים' רב quoted are a תנא from the school of לוי. The גמרא then explains רב's wording in two ways: either he follows ריש לקיש, or he follows רבי יוחנן and meant 'רבי שמעון and his disputants.' Finally, a new משנה lists the forbidden items that must be buried and those that must be burned.
