Who disqualifies a woman from תרומה and כהונה: the ארוס, the חרש, the nine-year-old, and the פסוק source for disqualification by an unfit man

Overview

The גמרא finishes explaining the משנה's list of men who disqualify a woman from eating תרומה but do not let her eat it. A ארוס and a חרש both disqualify a כהן's daughter. Neither lets a בת ישראל eat, because of עולא's decree and because a חרש cannot make a תורה-level acquisition. For the nine-year-old, אביי says he is a יבם whose ביאה the חכמים treated like an adult's מאמר. רבא rejects this because it would make the משנה's ספק case pointless. רבא instead explains that the boy belongs to the unfit groups whose relations disqualify a woman, and he proves it from a ברייתא. The גמרא then studies that ברייתא, including the views of רבי יוסי and רבן שמעון בן גמליאל. Finally, רב finds the source in the פסוק ״ובת כהן כי תהיה לאיש זר״. After a back-and-forth about which פסוק teaches the ban on a married כהן's daughter eating תרומה, the גמרא concludes that the ban comes from ״וכל זר לא יאכל קדש״.
