Court permission to remarry (הוראה or טעות), and children of a woman misinformed about her husband's and son's deaths
Overview
The amud opens by finishing a point of רב אשי's: once a woman has remarried with the court's approval, a later rumor does not make her forbidden. The גמרא then takes up the משנה's rule that a woman who remarried על פי בית דין must leave but brings no קרבן. זעירי rejects this and says the court's permission was a טעות, not a הוראה. רב נחמן says it is a הוראה, and רבא and a ברייתא of רבי אליעזר support the טעות side. Next the גמרא explains what קלקלה means and brings a ברייתא backing רבי יוחנן, along with an argument over how many קרבנות she brings. A new משנה follows about a woman told the wrong order of her husband's and son's deaths, and it rules on when her children are ממזרים. The משנה also teaches that a גט from a man whose קידושין never took effect does not forbid her to a כהן. The גמרא explains the משנה's 'first and last' wording and brings a ברייתא saying the משנה follows רבי עקיבא. The amud ends as רב יהודה begins a statement that continues on the next amud.

כְּקָלָא דְּקַמֵּי נִשּׂוּאִין דָּמֵי וְתִיתְּסַר,
it is like a rumor before marriage, and she should be forbidden,
