When bringing blood or meat inside or outside, or intending to, makes a קרבן פסול, and why the פסוק needs both ״קדש״ and ״פנימה״

Overview

The amud opens by finishing a ברייתא: intent to bring blood into the היכל does not disqualify a קרבן, because the forbidden 'place' must be outside the proper area for blood, meat and אימורים together. A קל וחומר suggests that intent to take blood outside the עזרה should not disqualify either, but the word 'פגול' in the פסוק teaches that it does. A second ברייתא teaches that meat taken outside its area is פסול, while meat brought into the היכל stays כשר. It defends each half with a פסוק: 'מדמה' and 'בשדה'. Next, a ברייתא learns from ״אל הקדש פנימה״ that blood of a חטאת brought into the היכל is פסול, and the גמרא asks why ״פנימה״ is needed. רבא compares it to ״תושב״ and ״שכיר״. אביי challenges the comparison and suggests a roundabout path. רבא rejects that and explains that blood headed for the inner room is not פסול while passing through the היכל. The amud ends with a chain of questions from רבא about blood of inner offerings and of יום הכיפורים that is brought into the קודש הקדשים, and this chain continues on the next amud.
